We’ve all heard that eating carrots improves your eyesight. Well, thanks to this video, we now know that there are many foods that are much better for your eyes. Some antioxidants in these foods help your eyes see better through glare and bright light and can help prevent age-related blindness.

Add more kale to your diet. This green, leafy vegetable has nutrients to help your eyes. Eat olive oil with the kale to help absorb the nutrients. You can also add collard greens, turnip greens, and spinach to your diet in order to boost your vision. Finally, omega-3 fatty acids have been known to improve eyesight. These acids can be found in different types of fish, such as salmon, tuna, and sardines.
